I stay at this hotel almoset every month, Im happy to stay here, many times booked through C-Trip. When I checked out last time I return the room key (card), the lady at the counter said I have 'pre-paid' and everything was done, so I said OK and left. But actually it was booked 'pay at hotel' and got a message from C-trip and said 'the hotel informed us that you did not print the bill.....' like that. I sometimes make it 'pay at hotel' and sometimes 'pre-pay' so I was not sure but the lady at the desk said all done. This time what we have be careful is that we have to remember the payment method that we booked because the hotel dont know or dont care we made 'prepay' or 'pay at hotel', otherwise the hotel make us bad even if they made mistakes.
